I never expected to enjoy a group activity this much — especially as a solo traveller. But this day trip to Ayutthaya booked through Klook was hands-down one of the best group experiences I’ve had.

Usually, solo travellers get brushed aside during group tours, but this one? Every single person was looked after — from making sure no one got left behind to offering to take photos for every one of us at every site. That’s next-level service.
The sites themselves? Beautiful — but tragic. Many of Ayutthaya’s temples and statues were destroyed, looted, and stripped of gold during war. You feel the weight of history as you walk among the ruins — a sharp reminder of how greed can erase sacred spaces.
🌟 Final Verdict: Was SGD50 Worth It?
If you’re solo and want to explore Ayutthaya without feeling invisible, this tour is it. Great service, meaningful sites, and lots of photos you don’t have to awkwardly take with a tripod.
